IEEE Bangladesh Section is proud to have been selected to be the host of IEEE TENSYMP 2020 which is the flagship conference of R10, where the first rate original research (from academia and industry) findings will be presented and discussed. It is a great networking and collaboration opportunity for R10 members that will add value to their innovative minds. The theme of IEEE TENSYMP 2020 is “Technologies for Impactful Sustainable Development”. A promotional activity for the conference was done at IEEE TENSYMP 2019 that took place in Kolkata, India by Prof. Dr. Celia Shahnaz, Chair of IEEE Bangladesh Section and General Chair of IEEE TENSYMP 2020. According to her, the program is tentatively planned with keynote and invited talks, technical paper and poster presentations, hack-a-thon and project competition for students, Young Professionals (YP) forum, Women in Engineering (WIE) track, Industrial Panel, IEEE SIGHT Groups Activity Presentation, Training on Social Return on Investment & SDGs, IEEE Society Specific Activities, Ignite Session, Exhibition and Live Demo. Awards/Travel Grants and City Tour will be arranged as part of the registration benefit. Prof. Celia also invited all R10 sections to contribute in the endeavors of building TENSYMP2020 as the pride of R10. IEEE Bangladesh Section Vice Chair (Technical) Mohammad Moshiul Hoque was also presesnt.
