CELEBRATING WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The seminar started with the opening remarks by K Ramakrishna, R10 Director. We were glad to find such a wonderful researcher Dr. Toshio Fukuda, Professor, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China & Immediate past Director IEEE R10. His subject of speech was robotics and its application in medical science. Secondly, Dr. Lawrence Wong, Professor, NUS, Singapore; Vice-President MGA, IEEE, past Director IEEE R10 gave his sp eech on ‘Indoor localization’ and then last but not the least Dr. Janina Mazierska, Professor, Jameskook University, Australia, Executive Committee Member, IEEE R10. She was the most spontaneous and sparkling presenter. Her subject was “Materials for electro technology and their microwave characterization”. The wonderful speech & lively presentation of the speakers inspired the students to work more on developing technology. Closing Remarks was by Dr. Sri Niwas Singh, R10 Conference and Technical Seminar Coordinator 2015 and Professor IIT Kanpur, India. Lastly, a wonderful thank you speech was given by Dr. Pran Kanai Saha, Past Chair, IEEE Bangladesh Section and Professor, BUET. Prof. Dr. Shaikh Anowarul Fattah, Chair IEEE Bangladesh Section was present in the seminar. Besides, there was question and answer session in the seminar. Faculty members from BRAC University; Professor Dr. A.K.M Abdul Malek Azad, Professor Dr. Md. Khalilur Rhaman, Professor Dr. Md. Sayeed Salam were also present.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
