Details: Department of Computer Science and Engineering, EWU and Japan-Bangladesh Robotics and Advanced Technology Research Center (JBRATRC) collaborated together to organize this conference. ICASERT 2019, which happened to be one of the largest technical events on Advances in Science, Engineering and Robotics Technology in Bangladesh. This conference aimed to provide a unique opportunity for the professionals, scientists, engineers, educators, researchers and students from all over the world to exchange their scientific ideas, views and thoughts with fellow researchers and participants. All accepted and registered papers were sent to IEEE for uploading in its Digital Library. Extended version of the selected papers was published at International Journal of Machine Learning and Networked Collaborative Engineering. International ROBOFEST 2019 was also held in conjunction with this conference.
Senior IEEE Fellows, Prof. Dr. Vincenzo Piuri, Italy and Prof. Dr. Tadashi Matsumoto, Japan, served as General Chair of Technical Committee and General Co-Chair of Organizing Committee, respectively.
This event was technically co-sponsored by IEEE Bangladesh Section and IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Bangladesh.
