IEEE Bangladesh Section Appreciation and Award Ceremony 2024
The International Student-Led Conference 2024, organized by IEEE Bangladesh Section, Co-organized by IEEE North South University Student Branch and IEEE Southeast University Student Branch was held on 28-29th November, 2024 in a hybrid platform.
The Graduate Research Paper Contest, as a part of the International Student-Led Conference 2024, provided an excellent platform for graduate students to demonstrate their research interests, analytical skills, and academic excellence. This event aimed to encourage academic contributions while helping participants build their academic portfolios.
A total of five participants submitted their research papers to compete in this segment. Following a meticulous preliminary evaluation process, all the submitted papers met the required standards and were subsequently accepted for presentation. This allowed the participants to deliver their presentations and articulate their research findings before an audience and the judging panel.
The evaluation process was structured around a comprehensive 100-point scoring system to ensure fairness and transparency. The criteria for assessment included: Content Quality (40%), Presentation Delivery (30%), Innovation and Impact (20%), and Adherence to Guidelines (10%). And the judges were Dr. Riasat Khan from North South University, Mr. Md. Ishan Arefin Hossain from North South University, and Mr. Saif Ahmed from North South University for this session.
This contest served as a meaningful opportunity for graduate students to refine their skills, gain valuable feedback, and contribute to the academic community through innovative research.
