CELEBRATING WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH
The whole world has been taken aback by the unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the foundation of every country where positive cases have been found and have severely affected the infrastructures. So during this pandemic, to initiate a discussion regarding research opportunities in Power & Energy fields, IEEE PES BUET Student Branch Chapter arranged a webinar based on the theme “Energy Efficiency in Smart Buildings Through IoT Sensor Integration” in collaboration with IEEE BUET Student Branch and IEEE Bangladesh Section.
The webinar was held virtually on 11 August 2020 from 8 to 9 PM.
Prof. Dr. Saifur Rahman, LFIEEE, Director, Virginia Tech Advanced Research Institute, USA and President, IEEE POWER & ENERGY SOCIETY, 2018 AND 2019 was the speaker on the Webinar. Prof. Dr. Shaikh A Fattah, Nomination and Appointment Chair, IEEE Bangladesh Section Moderated the Webinar.
