Educational Activity Coordinator
1st Choice Position Statement: considering IEEE Bangladesh Section (max 500 Words)
IEEE educational activities focuses on university engineering education, accreditation, pre-university program e.g. TISP, continuous education etc. to promote the engineering education. I believe that as a volunteer, I can coordinate the educational activities of IEEE BDS with the support of other volunteers since I am involved with engineering education as a faculty member for about 15 years. Furthermore, I was the educational activity coordinator of IEEE BDS Excom in 2018. We have organized few TISPs, seminars and won R10 TISP week fund. I am also involved with different programs organized by IEEE BDS as well as by IEEE KUET Student Branch. If elected, I would like to use my previous experience to enhance the educational activities of IEEE BDS through effective TISPs and outreach programs in line with the goal of IEEE educational activities.

• Currently serving as Professor of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). About 15 years experience as faculty member.
• Organizing Secretary of IEEE BDS co-sponsored 3rd International Conference on Electrical Information and Communication Technology (EICT).
• TPC Members of different IEEE BDS co-sponsored conferences.
• Former Member, Center of Advance Studies and Research, KUET
• Member Secretary of Technical Seminar Committee of Institute of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB) Khulna Center for 2013-2014 sessions.
